The 2014 Cadillac CTS models are back with the coupe, sports wagon and completely redesigned sedan. Sharp and fully functional, the CTS stands by its prominent features, capitalizing on its past success but transitioning its former sedan exterior into an athletic, bold and captivating work of art.
Aggressive cuts and an elongated frame give the CTS sedan an appearance that is distinct and like no other model in the 2014 lineup. Stretching an extra five inches, the sport sedan truly looks athletic and the integration of lightweight materials, reducing the curb weight by 200 pounds, allow it to cross any finish line with ease. Similar to the Cadillac ATS, the CTS also comes with active grille shutters that open for extended engine cooling.
The inner-cabin, designed with a variety of carbon fiber, aluminum and wood trimmings, maintains an upscale vision much like its exterior. Heated seats and steering, a motorized cup holder and 20-way adjustable front seats highlight the interior, in addition to an eight-inch display that acts as a gateway to CUE, the official Cadillac infotainment system. With CUE, drivers can access all their entertainment services and connect directly to Bluetooth.
The CTS VSport, a newly introduced trim level, is a hit among 2014 Cadillac CTS reviews, due to the inclusion of the 420 horsepower Twin-Turbo V-6 engine and eight-speed automatic transmission, increasing performance. Other package offers include 18-inch aluminum wheels, Brembo disc brakes and enhanced steering ratio.
In sync with last year's models, the CTS Coupe and Sport Wagon receive minimal upgrades. Both models have updated exterior color options and the coupe now comes with the Sport Blue interior package, offering Twilight Blue leather seating and suede inserts.
